Carie assists women with fertility issues and provides expertise on natural childbirth, healthy weight gain during pregnancy as well as lactation nutrition.  Carie is also an expert in infant and child nutrition.
 
Carie experienced a successful pregnancy studying and working under Antonio and was inspired to further her education and became certified through the CHEK Institute for Nutrition and Holistic Wellness.  Carie received a BA in Biopsychology with an emphasis in Neuro-Pharmacology from the University of California, San Diego and is a trained Birth Doula through DONA International.
